This is your opportunity to showcase your tourist-related business in the upcoming 2018 Discovery Guide. 

Here at the North Simcoe Tourism desk we’re busy assembling the next version of the Heart of Georgian Bay Discovery Guide. In our inaugural 2017 issue of the Guide we partnered with local businesses and attractions to create this unique window to the beauty and activities of Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay and Tiny. 

The Discovery Guide attracts visitors to our area and helps them to move around while they are here.

If you are a tourism-related business in Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay or Tiny, you are eligible to claim your space in the 2018 Guide. You can request a media kit, which maps out all of the options available to you, including website marketing opportunities with Again this year there will be 40,000 copies of the Guide printed and distributed to more than 60 tourism info centres, 50 prime locations in Simcoe County (including local LCBO outlets), as well as events and consumer shows (i.e., In-Water Boat Show, Butter Tart Festival, Toronto International Bike Show, etc). Building on the success of 2017, the Heart of Georgian Bay brand works toward one goal, attracting visitors to our area and showing them how much they can do while they’re here.

Continuing with a layout format that is rich in imagery and evokes a storytelling tone, the 2018 Discovery Guide will be a publication that truly showcases your business.

  2. Complete and sign the contract
  3. Send both documents back to us
