About the Facilitator

Marjorie Dubeau has been passionate about photography since the days of film and transformed that passion into a business in 2012. Over the years, she has collected numerous awards from local and regional competitions, including finals at the Great Toronto Council of Camera Club Competition. Her work has been juried into art shows in North Bay, Orillia and in Midland and her at-home-gallery has been a featured stop in the Bay Studio Tour for 6 years running. She is an active member of the Midland Photo Club, as well as a few others and enjoys sharing her self-taught knowledge with new photographers, to develop their knowledge and skill. She very much enjoys small group excursions to photograph a subject or location, to learn a new technique, or just to have fun.
